* ScriptVM: Fixed crash when handling array results of built-in
  functions (e.g. "num_elements(by_marks($MARK_1)").

5 - Require C++14 compiler support.
6 - Autoconf: Added m4/ax_cxx_compile_stdcxx.m4 macro which is used

158 - NKSP language: integer arrays and real number arrays can now be converted
