* biquad filter parameters are now calculated outside the interpolate
  loop for better performance
* couple of loop unroll optimizations
* filter is now enabled by default
* cubic interpolation is now enabled by default
* reduced debug level to 1 to lower verbosity
* raised default limit for voices to 128
* raised default limit for streams to 150
* added some compiler optimization flags (-ffast-math -march -mcpu)
