* sfz engine: implemented opcodes pan_onccN, pan_smoothccN,
  pan_curveccN, egN_pan, egN_pan_curve, egN_pan_onccX,
  egN_pan_curveccX, pitch_veltrack
* sfz engine: when failed to parse a sfz file
  print the line number on which the error occurs
