* Instrument script classes now exported with the liblinuxsampler C++ API.
* Added new API method ScriptVM::syntaxHighlighting() which provides
  a convenient syntax highlighting backend for external instrument
  script editor applications.
* Bumped version (2.0.0.svn5).
