Serialization.cpp/.h: Added built-in support for C++ Map<> objects

* Introduced out of the box support for serialising / deserialising
  variables of C++ Map<> data types (a.k.a. std::map from the STL).

* DataType: Added optional 2nd custom type name.

* Bumped version (4.2.0.svn15).
